Welcome! We hope you enjoy everything our home has to offer. Here are a few important rules to keep in mind: 1. Guests must be at least 24 years old to book 2. Pet Policy: A pet fee of $50 per pet applies. Up to two, well-behaved dogs or cats are welcome. We ask that pets remain off all furniture, are cleaned up after in the yard, and are not left unattended inside unless crated or kenneled. Please notify us in advance if you plan to bring pets. 3. Smoking is not allowed inside or outside our home. A $250 fee will be assessed if any evidence of smoking inside or outside is found. 4. No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip. 5. The maximum number of guests permitted on this property at any time is 12. A fee of $50 per day per guest will be assessed for any violation of this occupancy limit. 6. Parking is available only in the driveway, which can comfortably accommodate up to 4 vehicles. We really enjoyed this stay! The location is perfect, just few steps from a nice beach, with amazing ocean views. The house is spacious, bright, and ideal for families with kids (we were 2 families with children). Very well equipped, we loved using the black stone barbecue for meals while enjoying the view.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful beach house! The home was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was perfect—just steps from the beach with stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. The host was incredibly responsive and made check-in a breeze. We especially loved spending mornings on the patio with coffee and evenings listening to the waves. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable beach vacation!

Our family on 9 stayed here and we had PLENTY of room and it was so clean and had a beautiful bright, white, light aesthetic! Stunning house! Ocean view! We loved the blackstone on the patio! 10/10 stars! Thank you for a wonderful home to make memories in!
