Beautiful 3 bed, 2 bath home just a short walk from the beach. Perfect location for a relaxing stay or for some great family adventures. The fully fenced-in yard provides a safe location for kids to play and a place for small dogs. It also features a fire pit! The home sleeps eight people comfortably and includes an upper deck with seating perfect for watching the beautiful sunrise or having your drink while hearing the waves in the evening. Just 15 min. from all the Galveston Attractions.

Good to know

The home has 2 bedrooms upstairs and one extra downstairs. There is also a sofa bed in the living room. Note that the downstairs room (the one with the bunk bed) is not connected to the upstairs from the interior, so it is not suitable for unattended young children to stay. RV hookup with 50amp (ask for details and an extra fee). Registration: SRT25-000132

We hope you enjoy everything our home has to offer. Here are a few important rules to keep in mind: 1. Guests must be at least 24 years old to book 2. Pet Policy: A pet fee of $50 per pet applies. Three small, well-behaved dogs or cats are welcome. We ask that pets remain off all furniture, are cleaned up after in the yard, and are not left unattended inside unless crated or kenneled. Please add your pets to your reservation at the time of booking. The yard is fully fenced for your convenience. 3. Smoking is not allowed inside or outside our home. A $250 fee will be assessed if any evidence of smoking inside or outside is found. 4. No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip. 5. Please respect our neighborhood’s quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM. 6. The maximum number of guests permitted on this property at any time is 8. A fee of $50 per day per guest will be assessed for any violation of this occupancy limit. 7. Parking is available only in the driveway, which can comfortably accommodate up to 4 vehicles. 8. Trash is collected on Monday and Thursday mornings. To comply with city regulations, all trash must be placed inside black trash bags and in the provided containers; no other bags or loose trash is permitted. Violations will result in a $250 fee. Jamaica Beach is its own community located about 10 miles from the heart of Galveston and is part of the island’s West End offering restaurants, grocery, and beach-worthy activities. Jamaica Beach has access to the Gulf side as well as the Bay side (house dependent) and also has its own fire and police department plus city park with pool. Jamaica Beach's boat launch is restricted. If you plan on bringing a boat, the closest public launch is at Waterman's off Stewart Road about 3 miles east of Jamaica Beach Community Amenities: Guests have access to the Jamaica Beach community pool (open Memorial Day thru Labor Day - $5 per person), and city park.

Our stay completely met and even exceeded our expectations! The house looked exactly like the pictures and was spotless upon arrival. The beds were also incredibly comfortable, which made all the difference after long days out. The space was cozy, thoughtfully designed, and filled with all the little touches that made us feel right at home. You can tell a lot of care went into making sure guest have everything they might need. On top of that, the host's communication was exceptional. He reached out before our stay with helpful info, checked in during our visit to make sure everything was going smoothly, and even followed up afterward. It made us feel truly cared for and added such a personal, welcoming touch to the whole experience. We would absolutely stay here again!

This was the perfect place to get away from the city for a couple of days and enjoy some peace and quiet! We would stay here again for sure. We loved it!

It was big enough for 6 of us to fit comfortably. We cooked everyday and there were more than enough kitchen supplies for cooking and eating. Outside there Is an outdoor shower that was nice after the beach, there is also a water hose which allowed us to rinse the sand and salt water off of our cars as chairs. There is also a nice fire pit where we cooked smores on night.. thank you again for sharing your beautiful place with us :)

Great home and location! House was very clean and comfortable. Air conditioner worked great! We stayed 10 nights and didn’t have any issues. Alejandro was a great host, clear communication and responded timely. Looking forward to staying here again!

Within Jamaica Beach, bikes and golf carts are great options! To reach most of the restaurants and tourist attractions in Galveston, you will need a car though
