Seats 4 and perfect for exploring the neighborhood and easy beach access Inquire for rates specific to your stay dates. Elevator: Availability is not guaranteed due to potential maintenance or weather conditions. Community Pool: The City of Jamaica Beach swimming pool is open to the public (with the purchase of admission). During the operating season, the entry fee for residents and non-residents is $5.00 per person for a daily pass or $60.00 per person for a Season pass. Passes can be purchased at the pool anytime during the operating season. The pool typically opens around the Memorial Day Holiday until the Labor Day Holiday on Tuesday-Sunday from 10 am to 8 pm (weather permitting and subject to change). Beach access: San Luis Pass Rd at the traffic light intersection. Enjoy the freedom to drive golf carts and other vehicles right on the beach. Location: our beach house is conveniently located within 15 minutes of Galveston's Seawall, 25 minutes from Pleasure Pier, and 30 minutes from The Strand. A full Galveston Island guide is available on my profile for more attractions and activities. Additional Fees: Pets: Undisclosed pets will incur an additional fee of $100 per pet, on top of the standard pet fee. Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. A $200 fee will be charged for smoking on the property including the outdoor deck and downstairs area

House Rules

Welcome! We hope you enjoy everything our home has to offer. Here are a few important rules to keep in mind: 1. Guests must be at least 24 years old to book 2. Pet Policy: A pet fee of $50 per pet applies. Three small, well-behaved dogs or cats are welcome. We ask that pets remain off all furniture, are cleaned up after in the yard, and are not left unattended inside unless crated or kenneled. Please add your pets to your reservation at the time of booking. The yard is fully fenced for your convenience. 3. Smoking is not allowed inside or outside our home. A $250 fee will be assessed if any evidence of smoking inside or outside is found. 4. No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip. 5. Please respect our neighborhood’s quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM. 6. The maximum number of guests permitted on this property at any time is 8. A fee of $50 per day per guest will be assessed for any violation of this occupancy limit. 7. Parking is available only in the driveway, which can comfortably accommodate up to 4 vehicles. 8. Trash is collected on Monday and Thursday mornings. To comply with city regulations, all trash must be placed inside black trash bags and in the provided containers; no other bags or loose trash is permitted. Violations will result in a $250 fee. Neighborhood

Jamaica Beach is its own community located about 10 miles from the heart of Galveston and is part of the island’s West End offering restaurants, grocery, and beach-worthy activities. Jamaica Beach has access to the Gulf side as well as the Bay side (house dependent) and also has its own fire and police department plus city park with pool. Jamaica Beach's boat launch is restricted. If you plan on bringing a boat, the closest public launch is at Waterman's off Stewart Road about 3 miles east of Jamaica Beach Community Amenities: Guests have access to the Jamaica Beach community pool (open Memorial Day thru Labor Day - $5 per person), and city park.

Very nice house, 100% as described, well equipped, hot tub very enjoyable and well maintained, the available kajaks made it perfect. Don‘t miss to use them on the canals during sunset. Alejandro is a great host, responding and acting promptly whenever you have an issue. Would definitely come back!

We had a wonderful stay at this family home. The 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom house was very spacious and more than perfect for our 4 people. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed for cooking meals at home, which made things super convenient. We also really appreciated the beach supplies provided such as beach towels, folding chairs, kayaks made our beach days even better. One of our favorite features was the outdoor water faucet, which was perfect for rinsing off after the beach. The neighborhood is beautiful and peaceful, with some great walking routes nearby. It’s also in a great location, close to the main road for easy access to stores. We highly recommend this place. Highly recommend this place for families or groups looking for a comfortable and well-equipped home base on the Big Island!

Our stay was exceptional. Very clean and comfortable. Everything was as advertised, no surprises with so many options for us to enjoy. We took advantage of the golf cart rental, used it going to Beach and corner store. Kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. The home is very nice and well maintained. I recommend staying here, trust the pictures they are accurate. If your not familar with the Island it's only a 20-25 minute drive to Galveston and drive on the beach access is just across the road.

We had a great stay the past few days. We loved the location - Jamaica Beach is a quiet community with a clean beach. The golf cart offered is a MUST. You can get to the beach in about 3-4mins on the cart and it keeps the sand out of your car. The space is around the corner from a very clean playground and pool. There is a little local coffee shop with great coffee (although it is pricey). We recommend this place for those wanting to relax and enjoy time as a family or couple. The host is very kind and responsive and you can be comfortable in the space without worrying about breaking things! There are several places under the house and on the porch to hang out. Really a great experience all around.

This place is beautiful! All that Alejandro describes it to be. Located within walking distance to the bay for fishing. The golf cart is well worth the extra small fee. We enjoyed evening rides around the neighborhood and drives to the beach. We will for sure be back if given the opportunity! We loved everything about this place.
