House Rules
Welcome! We hope you enjoy everything our home has to offer. Here are a few important rules to keep in mind:
1. Guests must be at least 24 years old to reserve this property.
2. We’re pet-friendly! You’re welcome to bring up to 3 dogs (25 lbs each) per stay. Please keep pets leashed outdoors, crate them if left alone, and off the furniture. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. If pet rules are not followed an additional cleaning or damage fee of $150–$300 may apply.
3. Smoking is not allowed inside or outside our home. A $250 fee will be assessed if any evidence of smoking inside or outside is found.
4. Please respect our neighborhood’s quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM.
5. Guests are provided with one pool key. If it is lost or misplaced, a $75 replacement fee will apply. Please note that the owners may not be able to replace the lost key during your stay.
6. Parking is available only in the driveway, which can comfortably accommodate up to 6 vehicles.
7. If additional guests are found staying on the property without prior approval, a $50 per person, per night fee will apply, and the reservation may be subject to cancellation for violating the house rules.
8. For safety, security, and energy efficiency, all doors and windows must be kept closed and locked at all times during your stay, both when you are inside the home and when leaving the property.
