We hope you enjoy everything our home has to offer. Here are a few important rules to keep in mind: 1. Guests must be at least 24 years old to book 2. Pet Policy: A pet fee of $50 per pet applies. Three small, well-behaved dogs or cats are welcome. We ask that pets remain off all furniture, are cleaned up after in the yard, and are not left unattended inside unless crated or kenneled. Please add your pets to your reservation at the time of booking. The yard is fully fenced for your convenience. 3. Smoking is not allowed inside or outside our home. A $250 fee will be assessed if any evidence of smoking inside or outside is found. 4. No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip. 5. Please respect our neighborhood’s quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM. 6. The maximum number of guests permitted on this property at any time is 5. A fee of $50 per day per guest will be assessed for any violation of this occupancy limit. 7. Parking is available only in the driveway, which can comfortably accommodate up to 4 vehicles. 8. Trash is collected on Monday and Thursday mornings. To comply with city regulations, all trash must be placed inside black trash bags and in the provided containers; no other bags or loose trash is permitted. Violations will result in a $250 fee. Jamaica Beach is its own community located about 10 miles from the heart of Galveston and is part of the island’s West End offering restaurants, grocery, and beach-worthy activities. Jamaica Beach has access to the Gulf side as well as the Bay side (house dependent) and also has its own fire and police department plus city park with pool. Jamaica Beach's boat launch is restricted. If you plan on bringing a boat, the closest public launch is at Waterman's off Stewart Road about 3 miles east of Jamaica Beach Community Amenities: Guests have access to the Jamaica Beach community pool (open Memorial Day thru Labor Day - $5 per person), and city park.

We loved our stay! The property was great. I loved having the covered area downstairs/outdoors, and a fenced backyard. Peaceful neighborhood. Close to beach. Everything was great! Owner is very responsive and helpful.

Nice clean, cozy place. Loved the neighborhood pool, and park. The Golf cart rental was a great ad on, made going to the pool and beach convenient and fun. I would love to come back and stay again.

My mom and I went for a quick beach trip and we really enjoyed staying here. It’s not too far from the beach. It’s also very close to the city pool which we enjoyed. We walk/ran every day and there were sidewalks for that so we weren’t running in the street. It’s a quiet area which we liked. Very nice backyard for my dog to enjoy. The top deck was really nice too. The house was nice and cool when we got there which was nice because it was very hot outside. The beds were very comfortable. We just enjoyed our stay there overall!

This was such a wonderful stay! The host thinks of everything plus more. The downstairs area is such a great hangout for families. The upstairs patio is beautiful and serene. The host thinks of extras in the kitchen and bathroom that make us a great convenience if you forgot something. You definitely should book this place!
