We hope you enjoy everything our home has to offer. Here are a few important rules to keep in mind: 1. Guests must be at least 24 years old to book 2. Pet Policy: A pet fee of $50 per pet applies. Three small, well-behaved dogs or cats are welcome. We ask that pets remain off all furniture, are cleaned up after in the yard, and are not left unattended inside unless crated or kenneled. Please add your pets to your reservation at the time of booking. The yard is fully fenced for your convenience. 3. Smoking is not allowed inside or outside our home. A $250 fee will be assessed if any evidence of smoking inside or outside is found. 4. No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip. 5. Please respect our neighborhood’s quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM. 6. The maximum number of guests permitted on this property at any time is 5. A fee of $50 per day per guest will be assessed for any violation of this occupancy limit. 7. Parking is available only in the driveway, which can comfortably accommodate up to 4 vehicles. 8. Trash is collected on Monday and Thursday mornings. To comply with city regulations, all trash must be placed inside black trash bags and in the provided containers; no other bags or loose trash is permitted. Violations will result in a $250 fee. Jamaica Beach is its own community located about 10 miles from the heart of Galveston and is part of the island’s West End offering restaurants, grocery, and beach-worthy activities. Jamaica Beach has access to the Gulf side as well as the Bay side (house dependent) and also has its own fire and police department plus city park with pool. Jamaica Beach's boat launch is restricted. If you plan on bringing a boat, the closest public launch is at Waterman's off Stewart Road about 3 miles east of Jamaica Beach Community Amenities: Guests have access to the Jamaica Beach community pool (open Memorial Day thru Labor Day - $5 per person), and city park.

Nice, quite neighborhood, close to the beach. Loved the fenced in yard for my two small dogs. Relaxing deck to watch sunset and sunrise. You can hear the waves. Close enough to town to enjoy the great places to eat and explore.

Perfect for our stay on Galveston. Wish we could stay longer - the home was very comfortable, easy to quickly settle in and relax. Alejandro, the host, was very accommodating and helpful.

we had a great time there we booked for 4 days great place and the fire pit was perfect the downstairs bar area was a hit would definitely come stay again

The house was extremely clean and put together, with so many amenities right at our fingertips. Next time I’m going to rent the golf cart!!!!! We had a wonderful time and the Shrimp and Stuff food truck was a hit every time!!!
